A little piece of retro nostalgia. I dug out my copy of Bryce 1.0.1 to see if there was anything you could do with it that you can't do with more recent releases.

Fans of Bryce 1.0.1 claim that the original Eric Wenger code allowed sky effects that can't be imitated in the newer systems. The sky colors here are certainly subtler than the brash and bright colors of the new versions, but I'm not convinced that the skies are necessarily more realistic. On the other hand, the textures seem to work well, and I like the look of this image.
